Sign Contracting Agreement for Imaging Products |
Leicester, NY… CPAC, Inc. announced today that
Allied Diagnostic Imaging Resources, Inc., its medical x-ray chemistry
subsidiary, has entered into an agreement with Premier, Inc., one of North
America's leading strategic alliances of hospitals and healthcare systems.
Premier's group purchasing arm serves more than 1,800 U.S. hospitals and
healthcare sites.
Effective July 1, 2001, this three-year contract
provides Premier members and affiliates with preferred pricing on Allied's
premium Autex® brand medical imaging chemicals, as well
as the option to purchase silver recovery equipment and silver refining services
from Allied.
The Allied chemical products available to
members under this new contract have been specifically chosen by Premier for
their ability to enhance and optimize the image of Agfa films used by Premier
members. A complete range of other Allied chemical products are also available
under this agreement.
