The RapidHeat™ Pro11 High-Capacity Tabletop Sterilizer offers fast and easy sterilization.
Using FDA Cleared RapidHeat technology, the RH-Pro11 provides a complete 12 Log Kill cycle from start to finish in 12 minutes for unwrapped instruments and less than 20 minutes for wrapped instruments.
Unlike steam sterilization, RapidHeat sterilization requires NO drying cycle that is often dangerously by-passed or shortened to speed up the sterilization process. The Pro11’s Time/Temperature profile established for each cycle has been documented to exceed a 12 Log10 bacterial spore kill. This documentation is based on a sterilizer capacity of four (4) instrument trays, each containing a load of over 1.75 lbs. representing a total sterilizer capacity of approximately 140 medical or dental instruments.
Since no water or steam is used, independent laboratory tests have confirmed that RapidHeat’s energy consumption is 85% less than steam and that there is considerably less maintenance expense. These tests have also confirmed that the RapidHeat™ waterless sterilization environment does not contribute to instrument corrosion and shortened instrument life that has often been proven to be characteristic of steam sterilization.
